Chrome Scroll-on-Reload Bug
This page exists in order to publish this html page demonstrating a scroll-on-reload bug in chrome involving scroll-padding-top, font-size and line-height.

This appears to be a Chrome-only bug.
In the video I demonstrated how the issue impacted this website. I have since updated the default styles to mitigate it, but I have undone that fix on this page.
